Being a wrestling coach almost half my life, I have learned and developed a philosophy of giving everything I have to my team, and when that is not enough, I go out and find the resources that they need to continue to grow and have success.
In a similar way, I apply that same philosophy to my agents as the team lead at eXp Realty . As an authentic, down-to-earth professional, I know what works and what doesn’t work, I am extremely passionate about “helping agents cut through all the BS” that surrounds the industry.
I have always been in the business of teaching, mentoring, and growing others. I fully believe in the limitless potential of every individual and am fully committed to bringing that potential out of the agents I work with. It is my true passion and I admit that I wouldn’t want to do anything else.
